Services
I provide 1:1 Clinical Supervision, Leadership Coaching & Development, and a 30-minute Introductory Session, delivered online via Zoom. Clinical Supervision is primarily aimed at mental health nurses; Leadership Coaching is open to all qualified nurses. See the Services section for current pricing.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through Acuity Scheduling and paid for via Stripe at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed sessions without notice, may be charged in full. I'll always try to be flexible where genuine emergencies arise — get in touch and we'll sort it out.
What supervision and coaching are — and aren't
Clinical supervision and leadership coaching are reflective, developmental spaces. They are not a substitute for: formal whistleblowing or safeguarding procedures, therapy or counselling for your own mental health, clinical line management, or emergency support. See the Whistleblowing & Raising Concerns section on the homepage for more on this.

Session content is confidential, in line with my professional obligations under the NMC Code, except where there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, or where I am legally required to disclose information.

I am NMC registered (PIN 03i0156S, verifiable on the public register) and hold professional indemnity cover.
Liability
I provide these services with reasonable skill and care, in line with my professional training and registration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this service.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with any aspect of a session, please raise it with me directly in the first instance. If it involves a professional conduct concern, you're entitled to raise it with the NMC.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
